Sara Webb

Meet Sara Webb, VIA's Digital Marketing Manager! Sara brings a mix of character strengths—fairness, humility, and love—into her role, enabling her to understand others' needs, foster team collaboration, and create purpose-driven content that communicates the Science of Character Strengths. Sara's passion for mental health and well-being are a driving force in her work.

With a Masters in Behavioral Analysis, Sara has experience working in home, school, and community settings, providing support to children and families with diverse needs. Her belief that all individuals should be recognized for their abilities over disabilities permeates all that she does.

Outside of human services, Sara supported a tech start-up, focusing on content creation, copywriting, developing training programs, and connecting individuals with meaningful employment opportunities.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sara is a registered yoga and barre instructor, bringing wellness into her life and the lives of others. Outside of work, you'll find Sara enjoying friends and family, reading a good book, spending time outside, or cooking in the kitchen.
